Macaroni and Cheese
3/4 pound elbow macaroni or penne pasta, cooked according to package directions and drained
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cheddar cheese (the recipe called for cubed, but we found using shredded works better)
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While pasta is cooking, combine sour cream, cheese, and salt and pepper. Stir in drained noodles. Pour into greased, 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.
